My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a plus with the amenities I expected from ES, but they were very dirty and rundown. The hotel was over crowded and people were loud, making it uncomfortable. However, the location was convenient for exploring downtown Cleveland, albeit with some unacceptable aspects like the noisy crowd outside. The dining experience had limited options, and not everything was up to par.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, well beyond what I've encountered elsewhere, and the continental breakfast was truly exceptional. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a fantastic experience.

I felt like the rooms were designed with a prison vibe, but each had its own TV in the living area. The check-in process was slow, and there were cleanliness issues with hair found everywhere. However, the service staff were extremely helpful, offering us a corner room and a discount for our visit to the Cleveland Clinic. The location was convenient for our plans, despite being at the end of a dead-end street. The facilities were satisfactory.
